Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TCGShares ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using TCGShares, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Fractional Ownership

When you purchase shares in a trading card pack, you are buying fractional ownership of that pack. Your ownership percentage is determined by the number of shares you own divided by the total shares available for that pack.

• Shares represent fractional ownership rights only
• Physical possession of cards remains with TCGShares
• Profits are distributed based on ownership percentage
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

5. Platform Fees

TCGShares charges the following fees:

• Transaction fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per purchase (Stripe processing)
• Platform fee: 15% of gross pack value upon opening
• No monthly or annual fees
• No withdrawal fees for verified accounts

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TCGShares cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Market manipulation or fraudulent activity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Using automated systems or bots
• Sharing account credentials
• Money laundering or other illegal activities

8. Limitation of Liability

TCGShares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to Terms

TCGShares reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and platform notifications.
